Our Best Value Chicken menus are 15.99 per person. This price includes tea, water, and coffee service. This price also includes servers to serve your guest from Chaffing Dishes and cut your wedding cake. Prices include Free clear heavy duty acrylic ware, we also have an upgrade to real china for $3.50 a person. Full Plated service is available at an additional cost.
Chicken Florentine: This is our most popular sauce. It has a creamy, rich base similar to an Alfredo sauce containing cuts of fresh spinach and diced red sweet peppers creating a wonderful texture and color. This wonderful sauce will be placed over a juicy sautéed chicken breast sitting on top of a bed of fettuccine pasta with a serving of seasonal roasted vegetables and a roll.
Chicken Poblano: This bold sauce is made with fresh fire roasted Chile Poblanos, slowly simmered with cream, and white wine. Served over Pan Seared chicken breast and roasted seasonal vegetables. A wonderful complement to this sauce will include our fresh cilantro rice. Also includes a dinner role.
Brandy Infused Mustard Chicken: Our most unique sauce is made from two combinations of grain mustards then infused with high quality Brandy giving it an awe-inspiring taste even for those who normally do not care for mustard. Paired with a sautéed chicken breast, Rosemary Roasted Red Potatoes, fresh seasonal vegetables, and a dinner roll.
Artichoke Chicken Pasta: A wondrous bed of thin Spaghetti tossed with sautéed artichokes, diced tomatoes, capers, and mushrooms. On top we place a succulent, sautéed chicken breast topped with a butter and white wine cream sauce. Also includes a dinner roll.
Chicken Marsala: This tender breast of chicken is roasted with a beautiful Marsala Wine Sauce and marvelously served next to Sour Cream and Butter Mashed Potatoes and seasonal vegetables with a dinner roll.
Chipotle Lime Chicken: This Sauce carries a little kick to it but the taste it leaves in your mouth is incredible. Made with Chipotle Peppers, real cream, and fresh lime juice. Served with our Cilantro rice and roasted vegetables.
Fajita Fiesta: Marinated strips of Chicken grilled among fragrant red and green sweet peppers and onions. Served with our guacamole, salsa and sour cream station with flour tortillas. Includes Charro Beans and Spanish rice. Add $2.00 for mixed Beef and Chicken.

Steamship of Round Pork: A tender large pork bone in round that has been roasted and seasoned, displayed and carved in front of your guest. Served with a natural gravy. Fresh sautéed green beans with bacon, diced tomatoes and caramelized onions, butter mashed potatoes. $19.95 per guest
Steamship Beef Station: The entire hind quarter of beef is delicately seasoned, roasted in the oven, and then sliced into your guests plate. Served with natural gravy or our red wine sauce. Skin on red potatoes roasted, sprinkled with parsley and drizzled with butter, ginger Jazmine rice. $19.95 per guest
Prime cut of tender beef, grilled then roasted and sliced into classic medallions and sauced in our very own rich red wine mushroom sauce, served with roasted vegetables, and rice pilaf. $17.95 Buffet Style
